Usually the bubble tea is added with milk. However, you can also just add the bubbles into the tea. It's another taste.

之前一位美國的朋友提到,於是寫了一份英文版本的珍珠奶茶做法。不過前提是,在國外,一定要能取得生的粉圓啦,如果找不到,也做不出來XD。

One of my friend mentioned about the Taiwanese famous beverage, bubble tea. She said she's interested in it. Therefore I wrote this recipe of making bubble tea for her. Share here with you guys who lives outside Taiwan.


The most important thing is that you could buy the sago or called "bubbles" first. If you miss this ingredient, it's impossible for you to come up this drink. The PDF file is printable here.
